Phase 1

Excavation, foundation and ground floor

The first phase is done just like traditional construction. We start with escavation and pouring of foundation, building foundation walls and finally pouring the ground level floor.

Phase 2

Walls

The walls of our 3D printed homes are pre-fabricated in our facility and then transported to the construction site. Walls are hoisted in place by means of a crane. Once walls are in place, electrical lines are installed.

Phase 3

Concrete Roof

When walls are placed, the contractor starts on the formwork for the roof. Once this is finished, reinforcements are placed, electrical lines are passed through the roof, and the concrete roof is ready to be poured.

Phase 4

Painting, doors, windows & finishing

After 7 days when the roof support can be partially removed, we can start with the finishing. This includes, painting, placing all windows and doors, light fixtures, outlets and more.
